Damaged Tablet not collected
I bought a Luna tablet late in March, few days later the sreen went black and white. I reported the matter and receive an sms saying it will be collected on the 02 April 2015, but to date it is still sitting in my locker. I have phone customer services more than three time asking them to collect, each time I call I am promised someome will call me back and it has never haappen. <br> <br> It is very painfull because I have started paying for the divice I ca't use, to make matters even worse is the lie that I always get when I call. This shows that we are only important when you take our money but when we have problems with what you sell to us we are ignored and frustrated by your poor custer service.
