Colletion Of Cell Phone

I Truly have nothing good to say about the service I have received from Fonechoice from last year to this day, my Destin H1 cell phone was due to be collected for repairs for the past 2 weeks (still hasn't been collected) , I called their call centre, and the call centre agent I spoke to second time around was unhelpful, uninterested and could care less. I had the same issue last year which was only resolved 3 months later after numerous calls to the call centre which to my opinion is completely useless and lacks professionalism. <br> <br> With that said, never again shall I purchase any product from Fonechoice and I would like to advise whomever is considering buying a Laptop, Cell Phone etc from Fonechoice to rather opt for other service providers.<br> <br> Unhappy, frustrated, and disappointed! <br> <br> <br> <br>
