Charged for items I don't have

I received a phone call 7 months ago offering me a laptop and printer. I agree to what the sales person said. Received the items and it wasn't what was told to me over the phone Totally false advertising from them. I contacted Fonechoice the same day and told them about it. 4 days later a courier came to fetch it. I canceled it totally. Now I am Appling for a loan and it is showing on my credit record and ITC. Fonechoice it you don't rectify this asap I will have you up in court. This is ***** really. Clear my name immediateley. I am not even going to say please as I am disgusted in your services.
