Chamise Adams - Spectacular Service

This is an extract of an email I sent off to the BOSSES at Fonechoice. If anyone has given up on Fonechoice I suggest you get hold of the most amazingly efficient and friendly lady called Chamise Adams. She did within 10 minutes what EVERYONE else could not do over 3 months....See below ..<br> <br> Good day,<br> <br> Following 3 months of endless phonecalls, screaming, irritation and amazement at the frightening competency levels in the Fonechoice call centre I eventually spoke to a lady called Chamise Adams.<br> <br> Chamise has restored my faith in humanity and Fonechoice. Her entire persona, customer relation skills and eagerness to get things done was totally superb. Within 10 min she solved issues that were outstanding for 3 months. The rest of the call center people should take a leaf out of Chamises's book and realize what damage they are causing Fonechoice.<br> Fonechoice needs to look after employees like Chamise. SIngle handedly she has retained a customer with her name been given out by me to other customer who have similar outstanding issues.<br> <br> Thank you Chamise. <br> <br> I hope the BOSSES take note of my email and seriously look after Chamise. The BOSSES have no clue what amazing work she does.
