Cellphone

I lost my phone and I sent them all the documents on the 14 of June 2021 , I spoke to Asavela and Aneliswa they keep on promising and they were very rude, I was talking to Asavela and she keep me waiting for 12 minutes on phone. I asked her to put me through to her manger but she refused till now I am still waiting for an update on my phone. I will never recommend any one there
