After my last review, complaining about the poor service of Fonechoice. Now I am humbled to say that Fonechoice has responded quickly, I commend them for that and They manage to meet my expectation of what the agreement was when I took a laptop insurance. finally they met my demands and resolved my without hesitation, I thank them for that. now I have got/received my lost Laptop back.

my advise to them, a constant communication and feedback is key when dealing with client's claim and progress on the matter in hand.
