Buy now, Pay later, What nonsence!!

<p>Do you like to be called up to 5 times a day by debt collectors? Then make use of Phonechoice's special offer of "Buy now and only pay end of February!" You will deffinately not be dissapointed!</p> <p> </p> <p>I orderd a laptop from Phonechoice end of November under their special offer. The consultant assured me that payment will only be expected at the end of February 2017! On the 15th of December a payment was deducted from my bank account. I called. There must be a problem with the system, he said, please reverse your debit order! I did and then it started. Phone calls every hour of the day up to five times a day and every time a diffirent consultant! Me, explaining the same story to each and every one of them. Each one promising to sort out the problem!!! End of January, another deduction. I call accounts department. Again the system is to blame and I should reverse my debit order! No, I will not recieve any more calls from their credit department, she says. What nonsence!! I have just recieved my second call for the day and it is not even 12h00 yet!!</p> <p>Please, Phonechoice, fix your system or appoint people who know how to run the system!!! This is unexceptable and I will not advise any of my family or friends to buy anything from your company again! I just hope that your incompetance has not harmed my credit score! That will be a matter for another profesional to sort out on my behalf!</p>
