Broken promises

Posted on behalf of my colleague. Patricia ordered a phone from them in November last year. <br> They advertised it as a phone with a spare battery. When she received it there was no spare battery. <br> She has been in constant contact with them and they keep promising to send her an another battery but all in vain. She has not received anything. <br> She had lots of problems with the phone in the beginning but the issues have been resolved excepting this one. <br> Surely this is breach of contract and she should refuse to pay this account!!!!!!<br>
