BREACH OF CONTRACT

2015 May, I have taken my tablet for repairs to Fonechoice.<br> <br> They have notified me that their insurance wont be able to repair that tablet due to personal damages.<br> They have offered to get me a quote for the repairs that I would have paid out my pocket. I have rejected the quote since their price was very steep and indicated that they should return my tablet. I have made dozens of phone calls trying to get that tablet so that I can go look for a cheaper quote and it has been almost 10 months now and still don't have that tablet. Where as I am paying them on a monthly basis for a service that I am not using.
