BREACH OF CONTRACT

Hello Peter<br> On the 8th October just after 16:00, I received a call from fonechoice sales person, she had an offer for me a laptop with a free printer. She told me that our conversation is recorded, which I actually appreciated. I was interested in the laptop and we made an agreement.<br> My agreement with fonechoice sales lady was that I will take the laptop for 24 months and will start my payments end November. The laptop was delivered on the 16th October 2015 and then I never opened it, I trusted fonechoice that all was in order.To my surprise the debit order went through in end October but that was not the agreement, that when I got the chance to look at the contract it was a 36 months contract for R459, I was very unhappy as this was not the agreement. I phoned the same day the 30th spoke to Ntombi at 09:09, she promised me that the supervisor will revert back to me in 24 hours.<br> I waited and waited and waited, what I indicated to Ntombi was that I was not happy and want to return the product, that's when she said I will get a call back in 24 hours.
