BLAMING THIRD PARTY!!

I really don't know why I keep purchasing with you people..! I called at the beginning of the month and was promised that my tablet will be picked up within 4-10 working days, which until today never happened... its already been 3weeks!! everytime I contact the call centre they keep saying they will contact the third party which I presume is hollard??? I pay my money to Fonechoice every month on time they can even sms me to thank me for my payment!! they were the ones that offered this damn third party insurance to me!! and now they don't seem to want to have anything to do with my repairs issue!! Homechoice can call me continually regarding purchasing more goods almost on a daily basis but my tablet???? no word from them its silence regarding that??? I am really disgusted with the service I have made 4 calls to you guys already and still no one calls me even back to reassure me that my matter is being looked into?? why is it so difficult with you guys???? whyyyyy!!!!!
