Good day,

I urgently want my bank account to be refunded,a double debit since January deducted including February month.

My account was paid up, and my paid up letter was sent several times.

If this matter, still persists and my refund are not back into my account close of business today. This will be escalated to ***** department, and my attorneys and will have a law suit as I have my proof of paid up account.
