Billed for tablet I don't have in hand

I received a tablet during March from fonechoice. I called them arranging for it to be delivered back. The courier person was notified to collect it and he gave me proof for turning it same week. My account is debited monthly by fonechoice. I called them and told them I want my money back and not tablet. The arrangement was that I will get my money back. Few days after the call, a courrier guy called me to collect a tablet, I didn't collect it because I want my money back not the tablet. So fonechoice, when are you ready to refund me?
