Billed for goods I don't have

<br> I followed up again on my devices and I spoke to Chisne who promised to call me back within 24 hours that was before Christmas till to date I am still waiting.<br> <br> Once again the debit order has gone through and I still don't have the devices, I will be reversing this debit order and I am not going to be held liable for the interest incurred till I get the devices back. This is a breach of contract from fonechoice.<br> <br> I won't be calling this company again as I am not getting joy, managers are always unavailable, calls are not returned and no one is taking ownership.<br> <br> Regards<br> Rosemary
