bad service i received form fonechoice

morning everyone I bought a laptop at fonechoice on the 13 November 2015 and my instalment is R427.73 including R69 of insurance for 36month . my laptop screen , battery and a sim card never worked totally it is damaged .. I called fonechoice and there never helped me .. they keep on saying they will get back to me.. the reason why I'm writing this its because insurance never covered my laptop and my instalment was for 36 month but even now they are still debiting from my account. application number: ********** contract number: ********** email address: **********
