Bad service and long time turnaround

<p>I submited a fone with a defect of the screen which get very hot and showing signes of burning in January 28Th. The make of the fone is Hisense D2F. I'm still waiting for the fone to get fixed and not one has bothered to call me and in form me about it after a month.</p>
