bad service all round - disgusting !!!

we got a HC laptop from fonechoice -it since been sent for repairs June 2014 - we made several calls to the call center that keeps telling us the technicians are busy with it (call center agents there have attitude i must say ) - same story all the times when we phone.how long should we wait for a simple courtesy call ?<br> <br> With all this waiting game one wonders if it will get fixed -no communication at all while the debit orders are being deducted every month - some supervisor by the name of Chemsy or what ever his name is i.e if this call center agents give their real name my brother your good for nothing as for Natasha u need to learn how to speak to customers <br> <br> i think the best way is to go to the bank and stop your debits from my account - what is the use of paying something that i don't have ?<br> <br> can someone who really cares about customers make contact and tell if i am wasting my time with fonechoice or tell me if my laptop will get sorted or i should just forget about the damn laptop<br>
