BAD SERVICE

I called into the call centre in August 2015, to report my Tablet, the screen cracked and this was the second time. It was only collected end September 2015 after numerous calls to the call centre. Their consultants are pathetic and useless. I am still waiting for my tablet. They keep on telling me when I call in \repair still in progress". I skipped one payment and wow there I get a call as to when will I make the payment. I told the lady that why should I pay for something I do not have"
