Bad Service

I placed an order for a phone with Fonechoice on Tuesday the 24th of October 2017, I was told the order will take 4 to 10 working days to get delivered, today is the 13th of November still I have not received it, I have called them and they told me the phones are out of stock, they are waiting for delivery of stock, its been 21 days today, 15 working days have gone by the phone is still not delivered, why do they take orders knowing that the phones are out of stock? So disappointed with Fonechoice, this is an eye opener, people do not place any orders with fonechoice their service is very bad,
