Bad Service

I have reported that my tablet and cell phone are note working three month ago and two months ago they sent someone to pick up the divice and the person only took the tablet. Until now am still waiting for them to come collect the phone. with the tablet when i called yesterday again she said it was suposed to be dispatched on the 19th of june and Today someone said the whole wwrehouse staff are not available and may be they will be available next week. The problem is i am still paying for things that i dont even have, Iam realy disapointed with thier service and the call center looks like they dont even know wat they are doing.
