BAD Service

<p>Posting this on behalf of the lady who is working for me .. She bought a phone with fonechoice 2 months later there is a problem with the phone they came on the 08.09.16 to collect it to repair the phone . Weeks later she tried to phone them all they say they are still busy or someone cant help her , I phone them on the 24.10.16 REF 159994 Monday morning the lady i spoke to said to me the phone is been repaird she will get the phone back in that week .. we are still waiting for the phone and its almost 4weeks later . Now she have to pay for a phone for 2 3 months and she cant use it them they have the cheek to phone her a 2weeks back asking her if she wants a laptop from them REALLY ?? Even when they phoned her for the deal we also asked them whats happening to the phone they said it will be deliverd in that same week but still nothing ? </p>
