Bad Service

<p>My phone was collected on the 23-Mar-2016 for repairs and it came back on the 22-Jul-2016 unrepaired and I called them to come and fetch the phone and they do on the 29-Jul-2016 till now I haven't receive my phone. I called them yesterday spoken to a lady called Ntombi and told me that I am going to get a replacemet when I asked when she wouldn't know. I called this morning on a follow up Ntombi gave me an attitude which I wasn't expecting it as a customer and I must wait for an sms till when I do not know. I do not have a phone but I'm still paying for this phone. I need your urgent help regarding this.</p>
