Account Paid off - Fonechoice collections phone me about account in arrears two days in a row

<p>Today a collections agent by the name of Nolatando called me about my Fonechoice account that is in arrears. My account is paid off , as a debit order used to go off once a month , and my statement balance shows deductions going off well after the account was in credit.</p> <p>This is the second person calling me today regarding the account.</p> <p>Please can someome check out the billing systems.</p>
