a year later and no working tablet

<p> i got a replacement from fonechoice for a Neo tab, which is a proline tab when i got it i had to take it back due to it wasn't working. they took it for repairs i got the tablet after 6 months of sending it for repairs, now the tablet doesn't charge or switch on and yet it's always in the drawer. This proline brand is not good quality and now i've been told they will collect it and send it for an assessment which i might pay for, i find this day light *******, i haven't enjoyed that tablet there is always something wrong with it, it's unfair that i'm such a loyal customer to Home choice as a whole and i get this treatment, i want that tablet replaced and i don't want to wait anaother 6 months to get it back. </p> <p>it's almost 2 years and i still don't have a working tablet and they are busy debiting my money, i'm so disguisted with their service.</p>
