Why sell a product if no one can fix it

I bought 2 x Fondi Kids pad from CNA less than a year ago. The Touch panels cracked and now I would like to have them repaired. I have been sent from pillar to post, different suppliers but no one can get the spares for this tablet. My question is why sell a product if it cant be fixed? I have been sent from CNA to Saharah that reffered me to ASolutions then to Fondi themselves back to ASolutions? Does anybody know what they are doing?
