********** at Fomiss Ormonde

On Friday 5th April, I hired a trailer at Fomiss Ormonde. I was given the trailer and a spare tyre. Whilst using the trailer I got a puncture only to find that the tyre was smooth. On Saturday 6th April I returned the trailer and was told that I am responsible to pay for a new tyre and the replacement fee is R1350. But actually that tyre costs about R450. I feel ********** and ****** by Fomiss because I think this is there modus operandi. They get customers to pay for there tyres that needs to be replaced by giving you a good spare tyre and putting the damaged tyres on the trailer and because we signed terms and conditions we obligated to pay for the damage.

Could have rather given this money to the needy. **********
