Poor customer service.

I'm deeply disappointed with the after service I received after buying two pairs of sneakers. White leather pair and a brown nubuck/suede pair of sneakers. I bought the sneakers on the 5th of December and after one wash I've noticed defects on both pairs, I chose to return one pair and was told that I washed the shoes too soon that's why the stitching came loose lol. Trusting the fact that these proudly South African shoes are made from leather, I also used a brush to wash the white pair and to my disappointment the leather began to chip on the tongue. My shoes can't be exchanged as per the 30 day exchange and I have to wear these R2000 duds. The sales person failed to explain the after care instructions and now you can't assist me. I have a couple of FOM products that I got before this mess up as I was proud to support this South African product.. but never again.
