Disappointed

I would just like to take this opportunity to express my dissatisfaction with you. I have bought two products (wallet & vellies) from you to a total value of more that R2300.00. In my experience if one specializes in products of a certain nature and quality one better deliver such a product. My wallet missed the mark by far. The most exposed part of the wallet is literally a flap of leather that has not even been stitched over in order to decrease wear and tear. My vellies was scratch on arrival. Unfortunately I bought these shoes for a wedding and had no other choice that to wear them before sending this email. I really really really hoped that the wallet was just a once of but I am deeply saddened by the fact that my experience with the vellies boils down to the same thing. FOM at first sight was such a breath of fresh air but I was sadly reminded that one should rather stick to the brands that never disappoints especially when one takes in consideration the prices of your products.
