Refund request
Bad customer service and do not take care of anyone! They pro long the process on purpose when requesting for a refund. I never came into agreement with them, and have not signed up for anything but they have set up a Debi check on my end and have billed me without helping me first. I have now advised them that I no longer need their services, and they have not refunded me and now it has been more than 13 days since I have queried this and they keep going in circles!
