DO NOT ORDER @ FOLLICLE RX

Is this company even real??? I have placed and payed my order on 11/07/2018. I have received an email on 11/07/2018 confirming my order. The mail states that I will receive my goods between 14-21 business days. I have send a mail to them on 26/07/2018 to request information on my package or a tracking number. I have received a mail back the same day stating that they apologize for inconvenience but placement of an order is usually within 14 - 21 business days. I have send another mail on 23/08/2018 to ask for feedback on my order - NO RESPONSE! I send another email on 27/08/2018 asking response on my previous mails - NO RESPONSE! I send a mail on 10/09/2018 asking for feedback - NO RESPONSE! I send a mail on 11/09/2018 to TWO alternative email addresses that came back to my mail box stating that there is problems with the email addresses. I AM DISGUSTED as my order was R2392.28 and I just don't get any response or feedback or NOTHING and they are still promoting their products!!!
