Think Carefully before Trusting Folded

After fighting with them for more that a week to actually get my clothes back (which I was only able to do after contacting a shareholder who gave me the owner’s direct contacts because they are not available). I was promised a refund for the month in which I received no service (except the 1 set of clothes that I had to threaten ******** charges to get back). A month later, after numerous messages and 2 false promise to refund me I have not seen my money. Folded is not a business that I would trust with my money! Think carefully before doing business with them.
