Folded poor communication

They were supposed to fetch my laundry on Friday. Received an sms but then they didn’t show up. I have sent emails with no response. I called their number which disconnects. I called a cellphone number of one of the delivery staff and the person was oblivious about my Enquiry. He said he will investigate and recert back. No communication as yet
