They debited my account randomly after I had stopped using the service for months. When I asked for a refund no one responded to my emails and their phone number on the website doesn't work. When I decided to use the service because they had my money and I scheduled a collection, they had the gall to confirm my collection under my unanswered emails of being incorrectly billed. I asked them to address it and now I have no one picking up my laundry and they have my money. They are very unreliable and ****my because they can go into your bank account and remain silent and faceless
