Folang Resort,73 Lewis street Laezonia in Centurion.... A **** in the making! Do not Trust a word coming out of Sharon Bugana's mouth!!!

After a long and promising discussion with Sharon Bugana,***, who manages Folang Resorts in Laezonia, Centurion, I was left disgusted with how my mother's week-long 80th Birthday celebration was almost turned into a disaster. I paid for accommodation that included room, breakfast lunch and dinner and Spa treatments. The only things close to acceptable was the rooms and outsourced spa treatments. The food was disastrous!!! None of the food was edible, including simple breakfast! I had booked the ladies for three nights but had to check them out early! I also had to find an alternative place to host my mother"s birthday lunch, even though I had already paid for lunch for ten ladies.Worst still, I received a call from Sharon on the 3rd June, promising to order take-aways for my mom;s as the "chef" had let-her down but she never did and they went to bed, at a "fancy paid for resort" on empty stomachs!!! I have been asking for my refund, which is a thousand five-hundred for a whole month and every time, Sharon tells me different stories.... the owner will make a payment tomorrow, the owner is working on it, i will pay you month-end, i will pay you from my salary, i also did not get paid,,,,! Nothing is solid and my money is not forthcoming! The worst is that she is using my mother;s Spa treatment video to promote this ***** business!
