Lounge suite broken after having it for 4 days

I purchase a 3 piece lounge suite on 4/03/2016 and after delivery the one seater was broken in one hour. On Saturday I went back to the furniture shop and chose another set , but after 4 days the one seater was also busy collapsing.<br> <br> After contacting the Manager of the shop , all kind of excuses from his side started arising. He is now refusing to collect the set and have it repaired . He claims that we chose the set and that's it... <br> <br> The furniture of Fodou furniture shop is of an extreme poor quality and I want my money back or the set repaired.
