I placed an order for a \Mother of the bride\" dress from FOCUS VOGUE. before placing the order, I confirmed with them that the dress would be delivered by the morning of 2nd March 2016. I received a reply that it would have left by the 29th February. I subsequently placed and paid for the order. I have been in touch with the service dept but cannot get confirmation that I will have the dress by 2nd. I now have to purchase a new outfit, have paid R4650.00 and company will not refund me and when I do?? receive the dress, I will not be able to wear.They are a bunch of ********* *******. I would stay far far from them."
