Disgusting service from manager and staff the way they treat people is utterly poor i have purchased a Sunbeam waffle maker 2months ago only 2days ago i used it and it does not work i have misplaced my slip which i know I understand the rules but i have a statement showing my purchase on the day from that store but they refused to assist me HASSEENA MOHAMMED is not even fit to be in a managers position she is utterly rude and arrogant no source of customer service at all how that store operates is beyond me i am coming from customer services and this lady has been rude from the time she walk to me no manners no sense of feelings nothing she is heartless and honestly i dont ever recommend any one to go shop there ...she could of atleast apologized for selling **** in the first place ..i did not ask for my money back all i wanted was a replacement or even if they fixed it i was going to be happy she offered me nothing just saying i want a hard copy of a slip ..we humans mistakes happen bear in mind i spent so much of money with them on that day . This is absolutely unfair i even left it there she just looked at me my husband went and fetched it this is not the way you assist .. people sell to people not robots. I would like this to go further Imagen if it was a product for 1000rand will that have to go down the drain we in a pandemic we dont have money to waste an yet the assistant from stores is poor.
