[ ] I am traumatized and shaking in my bones where i am as we speak. The company is Focus Logic , Fox Street, Johannesburg next to Ghandi square. After becoming a member Snenhlanhla told me i can buy 2 bottles each month. 13/02/25 i paid for three bottles. I still told her the same day and sent her POP . Today Friday 21/02/2025, i went to collect my three bottles and Guess what? I almost collapsed when i was told that i am forfeiting 2 bottles cause 7/seven days has lapsed without me collecting. And who told me that i must collect before the expiry of 7 days?? No one did. I found the service rather appalling if not revolting. I need answers because i feel ****med. Is this how Focus Logic is generating money by not disclosing the whole information to their customers??? I need to be reimbursed or given my two bottles that i Forfeited. That was not my Mistake. Just imagine forfeiting R400
