Drove off with my money

<p>This so-called driving school is just one guy by the name of Stephan driving around with a barely functional car, on the way to the examination centre, it broke down, myself and a few other people were stranded in the middle of nowhere, with just a garage nearby. He arranged new dates for us to go write our learner exams, but I wanted a refund instead. He refused me my money, and for months now pretends that it's his intention to pay me back, but doesn't answer my calls or e-mails. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!</p>
