**********! One year ago we moved into a new house and contracted Focus Aquatics to install a fish pond. We purchased a ready made pond and ordered and paid for a pond pump as per Focus Aquatics specs, from a Cape Town supplier. The pond was eventually dropped off weeks late and Focus Aquatics collected the pump from the supplier (who has now blacklisted them) but it was never installed - as, after several dates to start work were missed, I was eventually informed that they had already installed my pump into another client's pond! We have spent almost a year waiting for any of the money for our pump to be reimbursed and now note from other reviews that we are not by any means the only people to have been in this situation. I note that the Focus Aquatics company profile now states 'Permanently closed'. Best it stays that way .
