Now called "Progress on Property", and still the business of one "Storm Arnold" Storm is a young guy who has a "business" fixing and maintaining Koi ponds. I made use of his pond cleaning service in the past and he also installed some pumps in the past. Of late though, he has become a confidence ********* and *****. He requests deposits for work to be done, and then effectively disappears after making several excuses why he is unable to get to site, or refund the money. This is not just me, but a friend of mine had the identical experience. He is not to be trusted and I sincerely hope that anyone considering using his services think twice.
