Paid for a service that is not being delivered - excuses, excuses, excuses...

Focus Aquatics advertise their services on Gumtree in and around Cape Town.

After me paying the required 75% deposit and them promising to complete the job within 4 days, they have been to the site only once.

The owner, introducing himself as Storm, has had excuses for a full week on why he couldn't make it to the site. After my deposit was paid, he was only available on WhatsApp and wouldn't take my calls.

As long as this review is visible, I would not recommend anyone to make use of their services.

Accepting their quote turns out to be a very expensive exercise.
