Montoa from Fochville Traffic Department has nasty attitute and took my confidential documents

I had a terrible experience at Fochville Traffic License Department I book for testing today on the 20th March then I had to pay for license she told me that Im owing R3225 in a loud voice as she changed her tone stating you wont pay you have to sort it first with an attittude. I sold that car to someone else and we did change ownership but Since I knew I had a Nissa sentra then I said ill pay that R3225 you can debit on my account. She then referred me to the cashiers in front office to pay there. I went the lady check and said this car does not belong to you and the person that owns this car he paid it. She then printed a confirmation showing that Nissan belongs to someone else I then went to Montoa I told her what the cashier told me she refused to accept my payment said I wont do your payment. The other guy who work there he then went to the cashiers with me to check again now I was assisted by another cashier who was a guy he also confirm that no im not owing he also printed a proof and issued a Disc for that car which confirms that is not owing. Went back to her she refused said no I then ask for her Manager but Sthe was busy and I was suppose to be at the ground for my testing. I pass my test went back to pay for temporarly drivers license she said don't pay as I told you and she took all the documents I had that go back to Joburg and sort it out. I felt so small by this lady as she was telling lies I went to Roodepoort License and they check also confirm that im not owing any R3225. Montoa wanted to proof that she is in power for no reason as I was humbling myself to her but this is the customer service I received from Fochville even now I don't have my temporally licence. Can someone assist me please
