Bad treatment and service

Had booked for PrDP using the online platform. Went there initially on my given date on the 2nd March 2021. Keeping in mind that I'm travelling from Brakpan to nearly approaching NW province. Filled my form, passed my eye test and took my finger prints. The was advised to come for results in 2 weeks which I did and to my suprise when I got there my results were not available. Went back again 3rd time only to be told that they have a problem with network and I must come back again next week as they are not sure when it will be sorted out. I then made efforts to go back again the 4th time and again to be told that the network is faulty and they cannot check nor print finger print results. I was advised to sit for an HR or yo maybe the network will start working and to my disappointment at around 12 in the afternoon in then went back in only to be turned away and they took down our transaction record together with our contact numbers in the hope that as soon a s the network starts working then they will advise us but no one did. I went back again o the 5th May 2021 only to be turned away and told to rebook just so I can make payment as the payment date had expired from initial booking that was done in 2ns March 2021 and also keeping in mind that I'm traveling from Brakpan to Fochville. The time, energy not forgetting the petrol I'm using to come and go only not to be assisted.
