Focallure Babe Box Subscription - a BIG NO NO!!

So this company sells cosmetic products under Babe Box. They offer you a first Free Box with their monthly products if you subscribe to their monthly boxes. The order for my first Free Box (of which I paid the shipping) was placed on 2 July 2019, I received tracking details (but the tracking stops the moment it arrives in the destination country). I never received my parcel, and because it can't be tracked in SA, I have no idea where it is. The company re-sent the parcel, but the tracking number is exactly the same as the parcel that got lost. So the 1st of August 2019 the payment for the 1st paid subscription was debited from my account.... almost a month later and I have not even received my first free box yet, not to even mention the one that I actually paid for. It would have been a different story if the parcel could be tracked in the destination country, I'm not sure why they don't just give that option. Please be careful before subscribing to anything... if it sounds too good to be true... it probably is!!
