No show!!!!

They were supposed to do my DSTV new Decoder installation this morning @9h00. It cost me a 20 min cell phone call to DSTV that appointed them to hear that They tried to call me yesterday all day and only got “voice mail” what a load of *******!!!!! Not one missed call or voice mail left. DSTV lady says they will call me in 2 minutes ….. well it’s been 20 min and still waiting ???? Hell man, if this is service then I don’t know!!
