bad service

We were at Mega city in Umlazi and as we were walking a guy from those foam spray for sneakers came with a foam without even asking us for permission to test the foam they are promoting and they damaged my friends sneakers(i do have photos of them as well...Then we asked for the manager and the manager promised to get back to us and its been 2 weeks but nobody has contacted us.
