Foam Factory/Master, not supporting local

I am posting this complaint on behalf of my 63yr old Mother inlaw. Foam factory/Master(Parrow Industria) has been giving her the run around for months with every order she places, she always receives the wrong material. Calls the office, has the order changed again and again. Yes she does select the correct product when ordering. She has a home based pillow making business, to supplement her pension and to keep herself busy during these trying times. It might be a small amount ordered but she is still a paying customer, why are you not able to fulfill such a simple order?
