Fnbvaps scratch and dent useless

I recently claimed for 2 stone chips and got a rejection letter. I was told because it's 2 panels I can't claim, it needs to be one panel. There is no point in having scratch and dent cover if your claim gets rejected for these ridiculous reasons.
