Since I open the fnb hospital plan I've been hospitalized for 4 to 7 weeks at a time in 2025. I claimed,but every time they asked me to send medical reports which I eventually submitted personally at the bank.2026 March and April I was admitted again and handed in the medical reports for which I must pay at the specialists, I received a message from FNB that they are busy with the claim of 2026 but no word about the ones of 2025 My payments are up to date I'm deeply disappointed in how FNB is handling my case and the claim period is about to expire. I would not advise anyone to open up any plan at FNB they are unreliable when needed most
